We recently stayed at a budget hotel for a romantic getaway and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. the location was very convenient with easy access to transportation and nearby shops. We also appreciated the free hot water available at the hotel lobby which was convenient for making tea or coffee during the day. the room was clean and provided basic amenities that met our needs.

We had to walk to a nearby building for breakfast, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. the location is convenient, with easy access to the lively walking street, the Asian cultural village, and the bustling town center. the rooms are spacious, with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. the staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel right at home. the breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying.

We did notice an unpleasant smell in the elevators, which could be improved with some air fresheners.

During my recent stay in this hotel, I had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially the receptionist, was impeccable in their service. Ms Tan was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful in guiding us throughout our stay. The hotel's location was quite convenient as it was close to the town center and walking distance to Hat Yai's popular landmarks such as the Asian cultural village and the walking street. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, and the facilities such as the room and breakfast were of great value.

Despite a few minor hiccups, our recent stay at Asia Grand Hotel was pleasant. The location was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the vibrant market area of Hat Yai. We were also grateful for the helpfulness of the receptionists, who assisted us in resolving issues with our room. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and attentive staff.
